Returns: We offer a customer-friendly return policy.
To return an item, please follow the RETURN link which is on every page. Return policies vary according to the item and brand that you purchased. Note: returns must be in resalable condition – in their original shipped condition undamaged with tags attached and wrappings included.
The purchase and credit on your credit card will appear as “Cybergize LLC”. Credits to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
Exchanges: We are not able to offer exchanges. Please return the item via our Return Policy. You can then place a new order for the product you want.
Shipping: We also offer great terms on expedited shipping. If you need your order to arrive overnight or 2-Day, you can indicate that at Checkout. Expedited shipping can only be processed on business days. You can also call us if you have an event or trip and need your order by a specific date and we can tell you if that can be done. We regret that we no longer ship to Canada.
Due to COVID-19 and other unforeseen circumstances, FedEx, UPS, and USPS have suspended their money-back guarantee for all express and ground services effective immediately until further notice.
If a package is delivered to you according to our tracking information, and you notify us that you did not receive it, we will file a tracer request with the shipping company used and pass that information on to you. However, it is up to you to handle the issue with the shipping company. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages that we have shipped, and do not issue credits, replacements or refunds for them.
