How Do I Exchange An Item?
We are NOT able to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different purse, please place the order and return the bag you don’t want, following the process below. Bags returned requesting an exchange will be processed as a return.
How Do I Return An Item?
- Any item that is marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” is a final sale item and may not be returned
- Item must be returned in resalable condition with all tags and packaging. If item is not returned in resalable condition (at our discretion), being worn, scratched, broken, appears used, damaged from use or wear, or without packaging/tags, we will not issue a refund and payment will not be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially those who are excessive buy/return shoppers. We are a small, woman-owned, family-run business and appreciate your understanding.
- Credits to credit cards or your method of payment will appear within 1-2 billing cycles. Please do not call us asking about your return credit unless it has been at least 30 days from when you returned an item.
- We suggest that you ship returns with a method that has a tracking system/# such as FedX, UPS, etc. so delivery is documented. We are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend purchasing optional insurance and obtaining a tracking number.
- We charge a $15 restocking fee on returns.
- All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee for manufacture defects. If an item is defective, we will absolutely ship you the same item replacement at no charge to you. Shipping the item back to us and a new product to you is 100% covered by us. Please email us photos of the defect at Sales@Gunhandbags.com and include your name and order number.

- For Gun Tote’n Mamas/GTM purses and products, we offer a 30-day return that is without a doubt the best in our industry.
- Gun Tote’n Mamas™ items are acceptable for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the item minus our original shipping costs and restocking fee, typically between $33.95 to $43.00+ depending on the item(s) purchased.

How do I return a Roma purchase?
Exchanges and returns are welcomed within 10 business days of the original purchase. Please call us at (909) 923-3368 for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any handbag and mention that you purchased from GunHandbags.com. Return boxes without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse. You will be required to list the items and the reasons for the return.
Returns must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase, so be sure to send it back within 3-4 days of receipt.

How do I return a product made by Cook’s?
If you order a Cook’s holster with standard options (listed on order form) and color (black) and do not like it, we will replace it with a different product or refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. If you have requested a holster built to your custom specifications or color and do not like it, we will not accept it for a refund, Please be sure of the specifications before you If order your holster.
Light bearing holsters are non-refundable. Items that are of a personal nature such as waist bands cannot be returned. If you have received a defective product, please email photos of the defect to Sales@Cooksholsters.com and CC to Sales@Gunhandbags.com and include your name and order number.
