We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, please read our return policy and process below.
Item Return Checklist:
- All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery.
- Your returned purchase must be in resalable condition.
- The item must be returned with all tags STILL ATTACHED. All tissue, plastic, paper or other packaging must still be in place on the item and not be removed or torn.
- Include any bag shipped with the item (Gun Tote’n Mamas bags always include a black dust bag to protect it, other brands may arrive with similar protective or logo-bearing packaging).
- We suggest that you ship returns with a method that has a tracking system/# such as FedX, UPS, etc. so delivery is documented. We are not responsible for lost returns.
- We do not refund shipping fees paid at time of order or for return shipping fees.
- If an item is defective, please email photos of the defect, so we can immediately show the Manufacturer. We/they will ship you the same item replacement at no charge to you.
- Any item that is marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” is a final sale item and may not be returned.

- If tags are removed or missing or other packaging not included / not in place as it was when the item was delivered, or the item appears used, we will not issue a refund. We’ve had returns arrive with missing or removed tags, missing holsters, protective tissue torn from the bag, or without other packaging and have refused to issue a credit. Please be sure that the item meets these requirements before shipping it back.
- If item is not returned in resalable condition (at our discretion), we will not issue a refund.
- Credits to your method of payment usually appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
Please notify us of the return once you ship it so we can watch out for it. Please allow several weeks for the credit to appear on your method of payment.
