How Do I Exchange An Item?
We are not able to offer exchanges. Please return your purchase following our return policy.
Item Return Checklist:
- The quickest way to reach us and receive a response is via email at Sales@GunHandbags.com. Phone calls are usually returned within 2 business days.
- Item must be returned in resalable condition with all tags and packaging. If item is not returned in resalable condition (at our discretion), appears worn, scratched, or damaged or without packaging/tags, we may not issue a refund and the item will not be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially those who are excessive buy/return shoppers.
- Credits to your method of payment will appear within 1-2 billing cycles. Please do not contact us asking about your return credit unless it has been at least 30 days from when you returned an item.
- We suggest that you ship returns with a method that has a tracking system/# such as FedX, UPS, etc. so delivery is documented. We are not responsible for lost returns. We recommend purchasing optional insurance and obtaining a tracking number.
- We may at our discretion charge a restocking fee of $20.
- All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If an item is defective, we will absolutely ship you the same item replacement at no charge to you. We ask that you return the defective bag, and shipping the item back to us and a new product to you is 100% covered by us. Please use the refund form or email us.
- Any item that is marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” is a final sale item and may not be returned.

Our Easy 3-Step Refund Request
Step 1. Login to your Account here (then click orders from the menu on the left) – Don’t have an account or received the item as a gift? Please have Order # XXXX (just the digits are needed) and email address associated with order ready and CLICK HERE.
Step 2. Find the order (or enter your order number on the gift/guest form) that you would like to request a refund for and click the Refund Request Button.
Step 3. Complete your Refund process (make sure you have filled out all form fields).
