How Do I Exchange An Item?
We are NOT able to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different purse, please place the order and return the bag you don’t want, following the process below. Bags returned requesting an exchange will be processed as a return.
How Do I Return An Item?
- Ultimately we want your shopping experience with us to not just be satisfactory, but outstanding!
- We offer a 30-day return that is without a doubt the best in our industry. Credits to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
- We charge a $14 restocking fee.
- We suggest that you ship returns with a method that has a tracking system/# such as FedX, UPS, etc. so delivery is documented. We are not responsible for lost returns.
- We do not at this time offer exchanges. Please return your item and shop with us again over the phone or at our online store.
- GunHandbags items are acceptable for return with 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the item minus our original shipping costs and restocking fee, typically between $33.95 to $43.00+ depending on the item(s) purchased.
- Items returned not in resalable condition (at our discretion), being worn, scratched, damaged from use or wear, or without packaging/tags will not be refunded and will not be returned.
- If an item is defective we will absolutely ship you the same item replacement at no charge to you. Shipping the item back to us and a new product to you is 100% covered by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially those who are excessive buy/return shoppers. We are a small, woman-owned, family-run business and appreciate your understanding.
- Any item that is marked as “Non Returnable” is a final sale item and may not be returned
- Please shop with us again. We value your business and really love our customers. To us you are family.
Items that are eligible for return must be:
- sent to us within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you and purchased from our store. WE DO NOT accept return of items bought months or years ago.
- sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
