Cybergize LLC, the parent company of GunHandbags.com, is a small, woman-run online retail business. We work hard to provide personal customer service and want you to feel confident ordering from us.
We understand that sometimes a bag may not be the right fit, size, or style once you receive it. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the policy below before sending it back.

Returns & Exchanges
All eligible products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Because concealed carry bags are personal-use items, returned merchandise must be clean, unused, complete, and in resalable condition. If an item is not returned in resalable condition, we may decline the return or refuse the refund.
Returned items must include:
- All original tags still attached
- All original packaging, tissue, plastic, paper, inserts, dust bags, protective bags, straps, holsters, and accessories
- No signs of use, wear, stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, makeup, damage, or alteration
- Packaging that is intact and not removed, torn, or discarded
Items that are returned used, incomplete, damaged, missing tags, missing packaging, or not in resalable condition may be declined or may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Email is the best way to reach us. Please include your name, order number, and the item you would like to return.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. Please keep your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
GunHandbags.com is not responsible for lost return packages.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are also non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error on our part.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
This helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us as soon as possible and include photos of the defect or damage.

Photos help us document the issue with the manufacturer. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we or the manufacturer will ship the same replacement item to you at no charge, when available.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” may not be returned unless it arrives defective.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
Credits usually appear within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Please Check Before Sending Your Return
Before shipping your return, please make sure:
- Tags are still attached
- All packaging and accessories are included
- Holsters, straps, inserts, and dust bags are included, if originally provided
- The item has not been used, worn, or carried
- The item is free of odors, pet hair, stains, makeup, smoke, or damage
- The item is packed carefully so it is not damaged during return shipping
We have to be careful with returns because concealed carry bags can only be resold only when they are truly new, clean, complete, and unused.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, the package is no longer the responsibility of GunHandbags.com.
We provide tracking information for all orders. We are not responsible for stolen packages, porch piracy, or packages missing after confirmed delivery.
Return Abuse / Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who abuse our return policy, repeatedly return used or incomplete items, or file improper chargebacks.

- All returns might be subjected to a $20 restocking fee.
- Credits to your method of payment usually appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
- Items delivered to you are not our responsibility once delivered. We provide tracking information on all orders. We are not responsible for porch piracy/theft.
Please notify us of the return once you ship it so we can watch out for it. Please allow several weeks for the credit to appear on your method of payment.
